What should I include in an inquiry?
Five items, in this order: the machine model or engine nameplate; the part number or clear photographs of the part and nameplate; the quantity and destination; voltage, frequency and fuel type for generator sets; and the Incoterm and export documents required. Sending all five in the first message removes the extra round of questions.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
Four steps. First the compatibility check with the supplier against the model, nameplate or part number. Second the reply with price, Incoterm, lead time and payment terms. Third agreement of the order documents for the destination. Fourth pre-shipment inspection and shipment according to the agreed terms, with order follow-up afterwards.
Which languages can I use?
The site and the sales team work in English, Chinese, Russian, French, Arabic, Portuguese and Spanish. English is used for formal quotations and technical documents unless another language is agreed in writing.
